  I had never had Zaxby's before (I'm from Cane's country) so on a road trip through the area, I decided to stop. Let me tell you - I am glad we did! The Zax sauce alone was worth the stop. It is tangy, savory, and the perfect compliment to the moist and perfectly seasoned chicken strips. For all of my Cane's lovers (which I still am!), give this place a shot if you see one - it does a great spin on the classic chicken finger meal!

  I want to start off by saying that I absolutely love Zaxby's!  Though I normally get one of the salads, sometimes, I order the chicken fingers; sometimes I order the wings.  And I have never been disappointed - until yesterday when I ordered, for the first time, the buffalo chicken dip with chips.  The dip was awful (see photo posted of dip)!  I can't even get a handle on what made it taste so bad, but it just wasn't good at all and was almost a total waste of my 4.99, except that the chips were ok!  However, I guess there are folks out there who love it since it is still on the menu!  To each her/his own!

  Driving through on a road trip, March 2018. I don't know much about Zaxby's and neither does the husband. Place seems clean, not overly cluttered and yet so very out of date. Man do they need a redesign, can I say ... so 1980s?
  
  The husband orders fried chicken fingers plate w/fries and slaw. I order a Grilled Cobb Salad with blue cheese dressing. We get our fountain drinks and find a table. Quick wait and the food is ready.
  
  There's no further interaction with staff, no manager checking in. Yet there's a young person sitting in the front of the restaurant, closer to the counter. The staff check in on her, off additional condiments. Hm...
  
  The salad was on the entry level of good. The husband says his meal was about what he expected. We eat, clean up the table, and leave. Is the management, interaction with customers, and décor/atmosphere of all or most locations? Let's hope not.

  I'm not big into fast food or Zaxby's; but, after quaffing a few micro brews at Growler Country, it's nice to walk over here and have a salad or chicken strips and sweet tea. I've been here a few times. I always dine in. I always get the buffalo blue salad. They have plenty of seating, and the seats are comfortable. The place is set up to maximize privacy which is nice. Service trends towards so-so, but your food comes out quick and is always good and they have one of those drink machines with a million options.
  
  I would recommend Zaxby's over most other fast food places, and I would recommend this location over any other Zaxby's in town.

  This Zaxby's location always has quick drive through times. The tenders are always super hot even after the drive home. I just wish they'd figure out a way to keep the fries and toast crispy. I have a 5 minute drive home and it never stays crispy. But every Zax has that issue.
